Before I was in real estate, I was in the airline industry. For three years, I wore the iconic blue batik dress working as a flight stewardess onboard Singapore Airlines.
I left the job as I had the chance to shadow the top corporate executive in well-known airline. This executive was not gunning for the next promotion or job. She was already at the peak of her career.
So when people are no longer craving for recognition, their goal will be legacy.
From her, I knew how important it was to take risks in my own life.

Story of Perseverance
Prior to our meeting, Mr Chow had been trying to sell his investment property for a year. He had engaged many agents previously but to no avail. This led him to believe that he was stuck with a house that could not be sold and had to delay his plan to get a matrimonial home with his wife due to the ABSD required for second property.
I started figuring the whys and hows - his property was not competitively priced nor was it aggressively marketed. Leveraging on that insight, I managed to sell it within 3 months of working together with him.
